BONUSES FOR 2012:
Mizz Ditzi – is back again with us for the Cabaret Night fused with Hoopy Trivia & fun games…
Bio: little miss ditzi took almost half a lifetime of gestation, a dream one of her Mum’s couldn’t explain and a sprinkle of sequins, before she was birthed by her two genderly and sexually diverse mother’s and an obligatory male donor, onto the stage of the drag lounge at the Imperial Hotel, in Erskineville, for the first ever BiFusion experiment in 2004. She was weaned at 6 months, straight onto Coopers Pale Ale, you know, the green one, for the lustre it gives to her hair and with oatmeal for her complexion and learnt to mince and squawk n squeeel and cussz at hecklers from a very young age. Her earliest memories are of elasticised wings on her wrists and her ankles and whitening powder pancake being dusted onto her cheeks to help with her angelic look as Gabrielle in her baby drag early daze , then later, as a young lass, she enjoyed playing at being sheriff of the states downunder with her pack of dance hounds at the Sensual Ball. And whilst she gets older, though never much wiser, cos she wouldn’t want to tinker, with the chaos that creates her and sustains her. Last year, or was it earlier this year, she collaborated with the LaLa Sistarz helping out around their HaHa Laughter Lounge. Recently she’s taken a shine to trivia, being the sort of thing that suits well her demeanour, if it’s a demeanour you could describe her as having and wooed the crowd with the expansiveness of her trivial mind at Hoopy Happenings 2011 .
Even more recently little miss ditzi, has returned from her whirlwind tour of the Edinburgh Fringe 2012, The UK Hoop Gatherings and maybe even an appearance at the After Party for the Winchester Hat Fair. Whilst she may not have been born with a silver spoon between her lips, it’s her quick wit , and fancy feet the endears her to us all. She returns to Hoopy Happenings for 2012 with a new green dress and new boots to boot along with a car boot load of new questions for those of you who’ve been pondering all things hoopabulous and fun!
